1. Energy Monitor Supply & Installation (15 minutes) Cost - $0 (for eligible customers)

The Energy Monitor Supply & Installation service is our starter offer and is free for eligible customers. Energy monitors such as the Emerald Planet Energy Advisor and Powerpal are great tools to learn where your energy is being used that you can see in real-time.

Our Energy Monitor Supply & Installation option includes:

The installation of an energy monitor will help you to understand your energy use and identify ways to save money.

A demonstration will be given to you by the installer on how to use the monitor at the time of installation. By understanding when and how you use electricity in your home, you can take steps to reduce your electricity consumption and save money on your energy bills whilst helping to reduce your carbon footprint.

2. Comprehensive Scorecard Assessment (1-2 hours) Cost - $440-$550 inc GST

Our Comprehensive Scorecard Assessment is a program designed to provide your home with a fully certified Energy Star rating out of 10, similar to the star rating you see daily on appliances such as fridges, dryers and washing machines. A star rating closer to 10 means your home will use less energy, and cost less to run, than one with a lower star rating.

The complete in-depth review of your home’s energy consumption will provide you with a detailed report and advice on which appliances will help you save on your energy usage. This Comprehensive Scorecard Assessment will show you your home’s energy efficiency so that you can make necessary changes to improve your home’s energy proficiency.

The Victorian Government has strict quality control standards that assessors must meet to be accredited. Only accredited assessors can provide Comprehensive Scorecard Assessments.

Costs for a Comprehensive Scorecard Assessment vary between $440-$550, depending on the size of the house.

Our Comprehensive Scorecard Assessment option includes:

A fully qualified and accredited Scorecard Assessor will come to your home and complete a full and detailed assessment of the home and analysis of your current energy efficiency.

Where eligible, you will also receive an Energy Monitor which the Scorecard Assessor will install for you and explain how it works. They’ll take note of how much energy you’re using and which appliances are costing the most to run.

The Scorecard assessor will discuss the outcomes of the Scorecard Assessment with you.

The Scorecard assessor will discuss any concerns you may have, review upgrade priorities and provide advice on any eligible rebates.

You will be issued with an official Scorecard energy rating for your home.
